When you decide to rent one of our properties you will be asked to provide us with written references to confirm that you will be able to afford to pay the rent, and that you are a respectable person who will care for our property as if it were your own.

You will also be asked to sign a lease which will detail the rent and the other letting conditions.

If there are any problems during the tenancy then we will undertake to resolve these efficiently and promptly.

Currently we have a flat for rent at 86/1 West Ferryfield. The rent is £1,200 pcm.
