Our flats are in excellent condition, and will make a lovely home for you. They are offered for rent to responsible tenants who will return them in good condition at the end of the lease.

A deposit is payable at the beginning of the let, and rent is paid by standing order to our bank to arrive there on the 1st of every month.

You will be asked to provide written references to us to confirm that you will be able to afford the rent payable and to assure us that you are the type of person who will look after our property well.

We carry out regular inspections of the property to ensure that it is being kept in good order. We also respond quickly and efficiently to any problems you may have in relation to the property or any of the appliances.
